No. Physiotherapy in British Columbia is direct access, so you can book without a doctor's referral. ICBC does not ask for a referral either. For ICBC treatment you need your claim number. If you do not have it yet, you can still book and bring the number to your first visit. Some extended health plans ask for a referral to reimburse you, so check your policy.
