Medstar Sport Physio & Health respects the privacy of every patient and visitor. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will remove that information.

For paediatric patients, intake forms and treatment-related information are collected from a parent or legal guardian only.

If you provide your mobile phone number or email address — for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, intake forms, or to receive treatment-related communication — we will not share this information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Communications are limited to the clinic's operational needs.

You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting the clinic directly.

Information collected during your treatment — including intake forms, assessment notes, and treatment records — is considered personal health information and is protected under PIPA. We retain health records as required by the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia and other regulatory bodies. We do not sell or trade health information with third parties.

Your records are accessible only to your treating practitioner and the administrative staff required to manage your care, billing, and insurance claims.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Direct billing partners (such as ICBC, WorkSafeBC and extended health insurers) receive only the information necessary to process your claim.

This privacy policy applies to information collected through our website. Information you provide in person at the clinic is governed by separate clinical privacy procedures communicated at the time of intake.
