Where is Medstar Sport Physio and is there parking?
The clinic is at 1325 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3E5, on the central Marine Drive corridor between Capilano and Lonsdale. Free parking is available in the rear lot and on Marine Drive. The R2 Marine Drive RapidBus stops nearby, and the SeaBus from Waterfront connects via a short bus ride from Lonsdale Quay.
What are your hours?+
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The clinic is closed Sundays. Evening and Saturday slots fill first, so book online or call ahead if you need one of those times.
Can I walk in without an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome when a practitioner has availability, but a specific time is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed slot, book online through Jane App or call (604) 988-5411 ahead of your visit.
Do I need to call, or can I text or email instead?+
All three work. Call or text (604) 210-9242 for anything time-sensitive, since a text usually gets a faster reply than email. Email info@medstarsportphysio.ca for non-urgent questions or to send paperwork. For anything urgent, call the main line at (604) 988-5411 rather than texting or emailing.
How fast will you respond to a message sent through the contact form?+

Do you direct-bill ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended-health plans?+
Yes. The clinic direct-bills ICBC, WorkSafeBC, RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, and most extended-health insurers, including Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, Green Shield, Equitable Life, and Desjardins. Most patients pay nothing at the visit. Bring your claim number or policy details to your first appointment, or send them ahead through the contact form.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
Bring any imaging reports, referral paperwork, or ICBC/WorkSafeBC claim details you already have, along with your extended-health card if you plan to direct-bill. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that lets the physiotherapist access the area being assessed. The clinic has private rooms and clean gowns if you would rather change on site.
