Tyler Jardine completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia in April 2023. Tyler has experience in functional movement training, strength coaching, core conditioning, exercise physiology, and movement therapy.
Tyler is highly committed to helping clients to reduce chronic pain and to support their recovery from long-standing injuries. Tyler played varsity basketball at UBCO and has always been around other sports such as football, soccer and golf; his own personal experience as an athlete has given him a great understanding of how important it is to maintain optimal fitness, endurance, and strength to minimize injury.
Tyler is motivated to further his professional development and enjoys working with people of all ages.
Tyler is dedicated to providing tailored clinical exercise programs for the rehabilitation process.
Tyler is a good-standing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Tyler enjoys an active lifestyle, going to the gym or exercising through sports are a big part of his daily routine.
